1S - Spratly islands

In April 2015 it is planned expedition to the Spratly Islands as part 4F2KWT, AD5MD, DU1BP, K6BF, K6BG, WA6LOS, WE6DX, WJ1P and WW6CP. None of callsigns not at the hearing, as well, except 4F2KWT and DU1BP, so the expedition will be from the Philippines.
Territory never rare, DX0JP once loudly heard on 80 meters, and 9M4SLL worked perfectly on 160 meters.

But at the time, namely in the 80s, the Spratly were terribly rare in the air, standing on the same level with ZS8MI, and all amateur radio world was shocked when, in April 1990 there sounded the call 1S0XV in Russian. The expeditioners was RL8PY, RL8PZ, UL7PCZ and 3W3RR:

Spratly - 1S0XV 1S1RR
Spratly - 1S0XV 1S1RR

And again in 1991 with callsign 1S0RR - 3W3RR, 4K2OT, RA3AUU и UA9MA:

Spratly - 1S0RR
Spratly - 1S0RR

And then, as it turned out, in the Spratly Islands group is not only the Vietnamese interest, but also Filipino and Malaysian, so now expeditioners take someone local, and depending on how these local country, the prefix is 1S, DX0 or 9M4. But 1S no longer could hear, all last expeditions used 9M4 and DX0.

LotW. In LotW Spratly presented well enough - 9M0C and DX0JP and both 9M4 - 9M4SDX and 9M4SLL. It is a pity that our 1S is not there, but for some reason 9M6/N1UR not uploaded logs for his expedition, though he LotW user.
